4. Deposits & Withdrawals

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Va77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions or suspected fraud.
• The member submits a self-exclusion request.

Members may also close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
